This module defines reusable groupings for TCP clients that
can be used as a basis for specific TCP client instances.

'SHALL NOT', 'SHOULD', 'SHOULD NOT', 'RECOMMENDED',
'NOT RECOMMENDED', 'MAY', and 'OPTIONAL' in this document
