Description:

This module define a reusable 'grouping' that is common
to both TCP clients and TCP servers. This grouping statement
is used by both the 'ietf-tcp-client' and 'ietf-tcp-server'
modules.

The key words 'MUST', 'MUST NOT', 'REQUIRED', 'SHALL',
'SHALL NOT', 'SHOULD', 'SHOULD NOT', 'RECOMMENDED',
'NOT RECOMMENDED', 'MAY', and 'OPTIONAL' in this document
