Specifies a timer value in days, hours, minutes,
and seconds in ASCII format.
If the up time is less than 24 hours, the number
of days will not be reflected and the string will
be formatted like this: 'hh:mm:ss', reflecting
hours, minutes, and seconds.
If the up time is greater than 24 hours, EIGRP is
less precise and the minutes and seconds are not
reflected. Instead only the days and hours are shown
and the string will be formatted like this: 'xxxdxxh'.
