Defines the type used to represent a list and/or ranges of
DSCP values.
This type is used to match an ordered list of DSCP values, or
contiguous ranges of DSCP values. Valid DSCP values must be in
the range 0 to 63, and included in the list in non
overlapping ascending order.
For example, '1,10-20,33,45-63'.
